Rose Infused Jojoba

Do you have some roses growing in your garden.

Pick some petals from the roses. Lay them out flat to dry over the next few days.

Once dry, add into a glass jar with a lid. Top up with Jojoba oil, making sure the petals are fully submerged. Full the jar to the top.

Place the jar in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks, gently swirling it every few days to help the infusion process

If aroma not strong enough you can do a second infusion with a new batch of dried rose petals.

After 2-4 weeks, strain the infusion through a strainer or cheesecloth to remove the rose petals.

Squeeze the cloth to extract as much of the oil as possible. Discard the used petals

Transfer the rose infusion to a clean, dry glass container for storage.

Your rose infusion is now ready to use!
